A slight crowd but customers enjoyed each other. Ordered Crispy but had to take regular since Crispy wasn't ready. Overall no issues.
Its Sunday morning. They suppose to open at 10am. Its 10:07 and nobody answers the drive thru. Someone comes out the building, all rude, stating they not open. Unacceptable and Do better.!!
The staff acted like it a great inconvenience to take our order. Food was good, but still no butter.
My order took 45 minutes!!!! Just stood there in pickup line, nobody said anything. Finally when I got my order, the person made me feel like I owed him an apology for being a customer. Not going to be a customer at this place anymore. As KFC food is good.
It is very frustrating that the last two times I’ve come to KFC to get my mom a chicken pot pie. It is a 25 minute or more weight. How is that possible? They shouldn’t bother selling the pot pies if they expect people to wait a half an hour..
