KFC

I’ve done food reviews for awhile and trust me when i say this place was not what I expected the lady who is the general manager had an attitude when asking. For extra things and the the food was horrible it wasn’t fresh and the service was poor and rude didn’t even give use a receipt… the lobby was dirty we had to clean our own table..just cause the health inspector was there they took time to ignore there customers.. and order took long then we expected… I would go to another kfc if u want better service

Ordered on line. Received Cole slaw instead of Mac and cheese. How hard can it be to get an order correct

This location costs more than the one on Elizabeth. Four dollars more for the same combo meal. Didn’t get food because they wouldn’t take a KFC giftcard. Said it was fake, it wasn’t. Also if you go to order online (for this location) you sure can put in a gift card number so they obviously take them. Very rude (and trashy) employee and manager… Go to the other store if only because you’ll save money.

We bought a 3 pc chicken tender meal, and for $12 something I'd expect far better than what we got. The chicken clearly sat too long in the warmer, and was dry, and barely warm, not to mention small. The potatoes and gravy were at least warmer , and we're your typical fast food. I called the manager and she seemed nonchalant about this issue, didnt apologize, or offer to take these cardboard strips back and replace them. She just said okay and hung up. Pathetic customer service and I guarantee you they are still serving that dried out, barely warm chicken. Don't go there!

I ordered food online. It said 20 to 30 minutes to pick up. We ger there, stand in line forever with no one helping us. They are not busy. Then they finally help us and we had to wiat longer to get the food. It was 1 hour from the time we ordered before we left to go home and finally eat.
