Got a chicken pot pie and some biscuits 😋 🍗 🥧 (I really just wanted to try The KFC exclusive Peach Lightining Mountain Dew flavor...) Hungry after a long day at work!! My Compliments to the Colonel!

Came here around 9pm and got a 3 piece tender combo plus a root beer freeze. The food was cold and the freeze was melted. How long must have my food been sitting there to make it like this? The service was also mild, when they handed to me they almost dropped it in my car and showed no sign of enthusiasm but that’s ok because it was late. But at least don’t mumble “have a good day” I know that’s what they said but if I hadn’t cleaned my ears that day then I might’ve not heard them. Not a chill night, was looking for some fire food but it was so mediocre, I wish I could get a refund

My family and I have been eating at KFC in Provo for a few days now. And I am completely satisfied with the service and quality of the food. Everything is fresh and hot. The employees are very friendly and helpful. And their chocolate cakes are delicious. Excellent manager and employees. Thanks for the service, Julian!

The young Hispanic guy at the front counter was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was clean and well kept. However, other than decent fries and a good biscuit, the chicken tenders were disgusting. They were overcooked, tasted like old oil and were stale and chewy. I think they had been in there a little fryer and warming basket for way too long. I don't know how you could even serve those because when you look at them you can't possibly imagine that they are going to taste good. So if I paid $10 for a biscuit, a drink and some fries.

The worst experience I ever had. I ordered 6piece fried chicken(original) and root beer float. After 30min,They gave me spicy tiny 6 chicken with no sauce. No float at all. They don’t even care what I ordered. They were arrogant and the hygiene in the kitchen was terrible. If you want some chicken, I would say go to wing stop!!
