KFC

I bought a 12 piece meal, with 2 mashed potatoes and gray and 1 slaw, when I got home I am missing 1 gravy, and I dont even know where to start about the chicken. It was half cooked, there is gooey dough, there were broken bones in the legs and wings, this is the worst food I have ever gotten from a restaurant, and when you spend almost 45 dollars you expect better. Come on KFC you need to do better.

I'm not sure how the rate this one because I'm afraid to eat the chicken. I figured I'd stop here since most towns make the best chicken. This wasn't the case. I can swear the chicken was refried. They are they lost my order even though it was still on the screen. So I had an additional 10 minutes of wait time. Maybe it's because they only have two workers here. So they're handling the drive-thru and the senior citizens that come here. I'm not a senior citizen yet so that's probably why I had to wait twice to get my order in. Yes it's refried. I can taste the two different oils in the chicken. I can go to either way is there a really love to take care of senior citizens here buy greeting them and telling them that they'll be with them in a minute or they don't like certain type of peo

If I could give a negative one star, I would. I’m very disappointed with the experience we had. My significant other and I placed an order through the drive through for an Original Honey BBQ 5 piece tender combo, a regular 5 piece tender combo, and an Original Honey BBQ sandwich. After being asked to pull forward and waiting about 10 minutes for the tenders, our food was brought out. Once we checked the order, we realized it was incorrect and had to go back through the drive through to address it. Unfortunately, we had to repeat the same issue three different times before a manager finally came to the window. At that point, the situation had already become very frustrating. Food was a waste of $36 dollars. So disgusting and old it all went in the trash. The coleslaw tasted old, soured. The chicken was old, cold, and soaked in so much grease the "extra crispy" skin just fell off in the bucket like slime. Will not go here again, location use to be good, whoever manges it now should go.
