Laura and Ozzy were absolutely amazing!! Honestly the night I went in I wasn't in the best of moods and those two definitely made me smile and laugh and just boosted my mood!!! The food was delicious definitely hit the spot with everyone I was with!! The whole time they were eating all I could hear was Mmm oh my gosh this is so good I'm so impressed!! Thank you for the amazing meal and the laughter I definitely needed!!!

Almost every time I've been here they leave something out from my order. I've seen this happen to others when I dine in also. I believe the employees are either keeping the food for themselves, taking food home, or "shortchanging" customers. After all the food items are already paid for. I can't prove this but I emailed corporate so they can look into it. One of the employees got a rude attitude with me after I told him he forgot something. Check your order before leaving the drive through.

Could not fulfill my first order as they had no chicken breast available?And wanted to substitute thighs and legs for breasts. When I changed my order, they totally goofed.It up was supposed to be crispy, ended up the regular original. The macaroni and cheese was so bland it had no cheese flavor. And a top all of this off, when we got back to our room at Virgin River, there was no silverware or condiments of any kind! Ended me eating at KFC Forever!

I gave my order back for refund. The female manager and make service worker exchanged comments of discontent. She was sitting in a front room and he was near the fryers. Suppose I wasn’t to hear their comments. But wait… The last time I was there a man cussed them out royally! Apology after apology but none for my Luke warm food that had obviously been sitting there. If I would have cussed at them as that guy did may I would have warranted an apology. But I got nothing!

I needed to share this because, it's completely wasteful and the owner of this location is needlessly losing money. 25 packets of honey for an 8 piece order of chicken, no butter or napkins so I suppose they saved a little money there.
