KFC

I placed an order through Postmates for delivery. I ordered 2 3 piece chicken big boxes, both original, dark meat, mash and gravy, and Mac and cheese. They gave me extra crispy, white meat, and coleslaw instead of the Mac and cheese I ordered. I always have issues with this location. Don’t order from here. I used to work at the new Britain kfc, it’s not difficult at all to actually read the screen and not mess up orders. *Edited to add the large fry came cold and had no seasoning.

Good location & looks very clean place hve drive through & parking

Door could barely open it. On top of that they completely out right refuse to make any order if it is missing one item. Dear, DM hire me as AM and I'll save this place. I have a good rep.

This store is horrible. I ordered 12 pc family meal with side, famous bowl and 12 pcs chicken tenders. Everything else came except for the bucket and I called them and they said the manager packed it and order is complete. First of all, I will not bother my self to call a fast food if I got all my orders. Second if all, im not sure how you can fit 12 pcs chicken and 12 pcs tenders in that box. They are accusing me of taking chicken out so Third of all, I earn more than enough to lie just to get free food. I told them that even if they wanted to replace it, which by the sound of things they don’t wanna do, I don’t even want it anymore. This was my go to store but I am not stepping my foot on this store again. I would not recommend it and service sucks. I called the KFC complain hotline and

I ordered 12 peice and fries and biscuits, I watched them put my food in the bag , these people use NO GLOVES. The biscuits dnt even look like biscuits nor taste like the original kfc biscuits. I got home me and my sons eat , as soon as we finished eating , we both had diarrhea. This is nasty works man . I’ll never in my life eat kfc again . Omg
