KFC

I got my food delivered and everything was fine till I ate most of my mashed potatoes. Not only did they barely give me any in the container, but they couldn’t even mix the instant potatoes in all the way.

I know this place is an absolute joke after today. 45+ minutes to wait for food was the start. I had a mobile order in and the lobby had probably 9 or 10 angry customers and 2 pulled cars. A man and his wife wanted a refund because they'd been waiting over 30 minutes for food and the manager was in the drive thru eating. When the guy asked to speak to a manager he got threatened and an argument broken out. Only one person was actually doing their damn job. Manager cussing out and threatening customers, 45+ minute wait for a mobile order and lazy employees. Not sure if I missed anything but I took my business to Popeyes and got what I paid for. If I want KFC I'll stick with Hopkinsville from now on.

It’s been a well known fact for most Madisonville residents that THIS particular KFC is just awful. For YEARS, maybe 10 or more. Today, I went, hoping for the best. It’s right at dinner time on a Saturday and you would think they would have chicken ready. Nope. They never do when I go. 19 minute wait on original dark meat. Which is what I needed of course. So I wait. 20 minutes goes by then another 15. I call them, having waited for 35 minutes now. People behind me leaving with their food. Mind you, no one was really there when I ordered. They say to me on the phone, “I don’t know what to tell you….sorry I guess”. Like really?! I didn’t mind to wait. But 15 MORE minutes and by the time I got the food, more like 40 minutes all together. And of course when they bring me the food they forget

Customer service is AWFUL!!! Workers have bad attitudes with everyone. Wait times are long. Most of the time food is fresh and tasty but that does not make up for the rude team members.

The chicken was so moist and hot, it was wonderful. The French fries were absolutely perfect. My wife got the 4 piece meal, and she was I love with the soft meat with BBQ sauce while I had the 4 piece tenders with a bisquit and fries, they were just excellent and we can't wait to go back to grab some more chicken.
