Tried the chicken sandwich and got a surprise side of what appears to be a chunk of eyelashes (you can see in my photo on the wrapper). I’m all for extra toppings, but cosmetic fibers from a workers eye lid wasn’t on my list. Completely killed my appetite. Cleanliness clearly isn’t a priority here. I came for fried chicken, not a beauty supply sampler. This place is filthy. My wife and I will not be back. Do better.

I can't believe this place is still open! Horrible! Last visit for me. I went on 12/26/25 about 4pm, and the food tasted old and not fresh. Very expensive for what I got. Not flexible, either order their combos or pay through the nose. I went on 7/11/25 about 6pm, and it was staffed by careless teenagers with zero work ethic who could not care less whether you get your entire order. I got home to discover several key things missing from my order that I paid 32 bucks for. When I called to inquire, I spoke with another careless teen "manager" who had no clue what to do as far as customer service. He told me they forgot to include all items, but offered no solution. It seems upper management has some work to do here or it won't be long before this location folds.

Lately the food is cold and get the wrong order...came back and still got it wrong again..then had an additude... I ordered 2legs a thigh and wedges not 2thights....went back got 2legs a thigh and fries...and you mad...may I have my money back please...have a good day and he slammed the window doors....SMH

Chicken was almost burnt. Very dry. I went through the drive thru and didn’t notice till I got home. 30 bucks for burnt chicken. Shameful. I should have and will from now on get my chicken from stracks.

Waited for what seemed to be forever for nuggets only to discover they set them on the counter and didn't tell us it was ready. The kids in there working today have zero pride on doing a good job. Honestly a was of $50
