I'm a big fan of the Famous Bowl more so now that I can make it spicey with the Nashville hot sauce. I have not been inside many times but it has been clean anytime I was. The drive threw can be hit or miss as far as customer service goes. I have been told that the thing I want to order can not be made the way I want (Ex. Nashville sauce on famous bowl.) only to be able to have it made that way at a later date. It's probably not a big deal, I just like consistency.
Ate lunch here on Thursday 1/8/26. Used the kiosk to order very simple to use and so many choices and combos you can select. Clean, neat orderly restaurant. Food was hot and I got what I ordered. Ill be back!
The chicken breast meal was alright but the chicken was a little dry and the macaroni and cheese was slightly overcooked. However, it was near closing time so that might be why. The mashed potatoes and gravy was good!
Food was good. But they forgot items off my order. It was quickly resolved but a pain to have to drive back to get the forgotten items
