KFC

Worst restaurant in this town to eat at! not only will you go there & they have no chicken like my last visit ! This time I ordered a K9 which is a chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets at 8:00pm not sure if it was to close to closing time or they are just too lazy, but it’s not the first time I have been there and the employees have hopelessly failed to do their job! Just my opinion but I pretty sure they ripped one order of cold crusty nuggets in half to make two orders instead, Making some fresh & if I didn’t know any better, I’d swear someone took a bite out of one of them. We also asked for large fries and ended up with two small orders of fries that were old ,ice cold, and hard on top of that there was hardly any in the box ! They barely took enough food for one order and split it

First time I came here I tried the app. Ordered 8 pc meal and chicken pot pie. The pot pie takes 20 mins to cook. I gave them 30 mins to be safe. Got to the drive through…sorry it takes 20 mins to cook pot pie. We will start right now. So I waited 24 more minutes. Today I placed an order for same thing. Sorry we ran out of chicken we are cooking a new batch please wait another 20 minutes for the chicken everything else is ready. I have been watching the drive through and have counted at least 10 people get there food with no wait and they had buckets as well. Doesn’t make sense.

i am not a big fan of kfc but i went today and the staff is very friendly everything was fresh and hot and it was delicious i even tried one of the new sauces 10/10 i got the chicken nugget meal it was amazing and the biscuits was warm fresh not dry what so ever and buttery so good

The service was really great. Had my food out just as I was finishing paying. It was very clean and the food was hot.

I ordered online and spent $68.02. I forgot to order sauces so I asked for the sauces at the drive thru and was told they were in the bag but only 2 of the 3 sauces were in the bag and not enough of those but the drive thru employee gave me the 3rd sauce. Upon arriving at my home to feed my family I was really grossed out to find chicken with feathers in it. I was so grossed out that I couldn’t eat!!!! See attached photos!!!! If I was a manager at KFC, I would never serve or instruct my employees to serve such gross chicken!!!! This ended any future chicken being purchased at KFC forever!!!! This is unacceptable and disgusting!!!! I never should have been served Fried Feathers!!!! The gravy was very thin and runny as well. I deserve my $68.02 back and more!!!!
