Ordered 12 piece chicken only,extra crispy, bucket. The chicken was way over cooked, crust very dark and the meat very dry. The wings were so bad, meat extremely dry. I've ordered before, many times, but seems like something has changed, maybe new owner or new cooks? Last time I ordered they gave me original instead of extra crispy, which I ordered. I'll have to think twice before I order from here again, if this is what you can expect

Me and my girlfriend came through the drive thru and ordered chicken boxes, they gave her the wrong side, and gave me a piece of chicken that had not even a single bite of meat (I wish I took a picture of the original piece, the replacement piece which is the one in the picture, is better but still AWFUL) We came inside to get the order fixed and they gave us an attitude about the piece of chicken, but swapped it out for this GARBAGE leg anyways Then when we were asking them to swap the fries out for Mac and cheese, they gave us MAD attitude, but asked the kitchen anyways, which is when a second guy came from the kitchen to give us EXTRA attitude while asking “What do you want?” And then as I was explaining that she asked for Mac and cheese he came and grabbed my girlfriends OPEN box of

Ive had a great time at KFC every time I go there, the foods great and the customer service is great also.
