KFC

Experience has only been through drive thru. The service is hit or miss, generally good. Sometimes I've encountered professionalism at the drive thru window, other times irritable/moody staff at the order telecom and/or staff seen and heard behind the pick up window person (i guess thinking they won't be seen or heard) not being a supportive team member, and yelling their complaints, such as "We have other customers in the front too"! Perhaps they're experiencing periods of high drive thru traffic, perhaps short of staff at the time, perhaps feeling physically unwell or something else troubling them with the job or....? I come to this KFC often and the store is always well kept the workers are always really polite and friendly even though it seems like they're not working with a full staff the food is fresh and even if it's busy the wait is not very long the restrooms are fully stocked and clean.

The worst experience. A family bucket of 8pc of chicken, all burnt chicken breast, no chicken legs or wings. why is it called a chicken family bucket? After taking out, we ate in the car. Fortunately, I asked for the receipt. The family comb has 4 biscuits, but we didn't find them. We went back to the kfc and said we didn't have any biscuits. The cashier at the front desk said that they were in the chicken bucket , check it again. 4 pc biscuit in the bucket? we haven't seen them yet finally.

I have gone multiple times and the service I have gotten from every worker is phenomenal. David is the best manager and amazing at helping me when I need anything. Kassandra takes orders very well. Aaron cooks the food so yum! And Jenny has great customer service as well!! This is the reason I keep on returning. Amazing cooks KFC HAS!!!

Store appears clean. Found hair or some kind of thin fiber in my chicken. Brought it to their attention. They told me it was chicken feathers. I know it wasn't, I know what that looks like on a drumstick. She took my haired chicken from me and put it back into the hot hold and gave me a different piece that also had the weird hair on it.
