KFC

The prices are ridiculous, they keep going up and the portion sizes are getting smaller and smaller. I ordered chicken tenders and I almost thought I got chicken nuggets instead. The chicken wasn’t battered enough and had some bald patches, the chicken also seems overcooked on the inside. The biscuits were great, only good part of the meal. Mashed potatoes tasted great but the portion size you get is like … it fits in the palm of your hand…. Which is so crazy for how much you’re paying for it. Got the sweet tea which was wayyyy too sweet I had to water it down to even tolerate it. But the fruit punch was watered down and had a weird cough syrup after taste. They got the order wrong and gave us mashed potatoes with gravy in place of what should have been just gravy. No conditioning still. H

This is probably the worst KFC on the planet. Dirty, empty, employees who moved like zombies (lethargic and non-verbal it's like they were zoned out or on drugs) and the food was barely warm. I don't know what's going on in there, but it's weird. Do not stop here.

food was warm but wasn’t sure if fresh or clean at all. we saw one worker making chicken sandwich with his bare hands. he sounds arrogant. the place has no airconditioning too.

With how slow it was, customer service was okay. But the restaurant is practically empty and not that many employees. I still enjoy a good KFC. So. If you not in a rush and have down time this is a good place to just take your time and have something to eat.

Mary was amazing, customer service was the best I have had on the Windward side. Food was hot and fresh. The dining room was really clean. Best KFC in Hawaii
