KFC

Service is very slow. There were senior customers standing and waiting at the register without anyone taking their order. Not everyone is tech-savvy or comfortable using kiosks. You need more staff available to take orders and to be more attentive and sympathetic toward our senior community. I'm writing this review while I'm waiting on my order that I placed at the kiosk 30 minutes ago. SMH

We ordered a 12 peace chicken meal. Half crispy half original. We got home there were no biskests. The chicken was old and soggy all the sides were old and not even hot. We will not be going back to KFC ever again.

Poor service the people who work at KFC in Johnston don't speak English so unable to fill order properly. I took my food home only to find it wasn't what I ordered and overpaid for it .Very disappointed.

I ordered a 20.00 fill up box. Everything is cold! The chicken is dried out. The manager was rude. Told me I took too long to call?!..

The female who took my order was polite, smiling and patient. The male who made my order was also polite smiling and made sure I had everything, I needed (utensils napkins) asked me if I needed any sauce ( which I did) and when I got home and opened it, it was hot, moist and crispy ( cooked to perfection!) Thank you to KFC for making me and my son's Friday night dinner perfect!
