If I could leave zero stars for the service here than I would. They have the $5 bowls and we ordered 2 Famous Bowls and 2 of the Matty bowls. Upon getting the Matty bowl for my daughter I noticed it had only a few fries and looked nothing like the picture at all as you can see below. I took it immediately back to cashier Jennifer and asked if they could put a few more fries in it or give her the Famous bowl because we were under the impression that it would have more fries in it based off the picture. The Famous Bowls were fine and looked like the picture and I get they are not going to be overflowing with food but the bowl she got was ridiculous. The issue isn't with the staff, but with management's understaffing and corporate's focus on line times. This negatively affects customers, who are often forced to pull up or sit in parking spaces. Is this how they manipulate customer ratings?

Bought two chicken pot pies, both were delicious. They consistently have very little chicken inside the pot pie compared to other KFC's in the area.

They ain’t go no business making a sandwich this bomb! 🤣 the service was great and they really made sure we were good. I’m blown away by the quality of our meal tonight and how sweet Kobi was.

Needed a custom chicken sandwich for the picky daughter. Not a problem. Classic chicken sandwich without anything on it coming up. I had the spicy chicken sandwich. Fresh fries and some coke drinks; all made for a tasty lunch.
