not sure who was working the night on 2/23/26 around 7pm but my goodness my food was absolutely amazing, praise them all and give them a raise please, never had better KFC. don’t care that they weren’t friendly or that they didn’t wanna make small talk, they did their job and that was to get me my food and they did it perfectly

The employees were not friendly. Everyone was in a "mood", no smiles and rude.. We did not get what we ordered, they refused to fix our meal after we had paid. My first and last time going here...

Whoever was taking drive thru orders tonight was very rude. It looked like a guy that was probably the manager. Tried to order something that they don’t offer anymore which is fine but he was very rude about it and trying to order sauce he rudely cut me off and told me to order that at the window which again is fine but I also didn’t know that was how they ran things. The food was good just very bad service will not be returning.

Worst experience I've had at a fast food place in a long while. I went in past night with my friend, and one if the workers was not having a good night I guess. They called out someone's name twice and when no one showed up to grab the food 2 seconds after they were cursing loud enough the whole lobby could here it, and just generally did not have a good attitude. When we got our food, we drove home and had some fries on the way back. They were cold and stale. Friend got the chicken sandwich with nuggets combo, both were cold and the nuggets were soggy. I got the spicy Mac n cheese bowl with extra nuggets, and instead just got a normal famous bowl. Idk what's going on with the night shift, but its insane how bad the food being served was.
