The young gentleman at the Houston, MS KFC, Marquis, that took our order was very pleasant and polite (and TALL)! His attitude was refreshing and meant more to us than the food. Thank you. Give that boy a raise.
If negative stars were an option the max would be my option. Deliberately wouldn’t answer the drive through so they didn’t have to do anything. 4 cars tried the drive through in front of us. We go inside to try to order and they didn’t have anything ready and asked if we could wait for them to cut the chicken up……. But hey! Atleast they were having a good time in there until customers walked in!
We went to order they said there was a wait on the fries so we didn’t get any then as we pulled up to the window they gave us fries for FREE and the lady was so helpful.
Was only 2 pieces of chicken in the spicy bowl and way too much spicy sauce
KFC YOU GOT TO DO BETTER!!!!!! I JUST ORDERED $100 WORTH OF FOOD. IN THE ORDER I HAVE 4 LARGE SIDES. I ASKED FOR FORKS OR SPOONS, CAN YOU BELIEVE THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME ANY UNTIL I COMPLAINED. HOW I GOT A FAMILY MEAL AND ADDITIONAL LARGE SIDES!! I GUESS MY CREW IS SUPPOSED TO EAT EVERYTHING BY ✋️HAND! WHOEVER THE MANANGER IS THEY NEED TO ORDER MORE OR TEACH THE STAFF BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE
