KFC

I was a bit disappointed on my trip to KFC today. It really changed my outlook on KFC as a whole for some reason, and I'm not usually the "one apple spoils the whole bunch type of person". I attempted to use the app today to order a 5-piece chicken meal with two sides and two drinks with two biscuits. They call it the "two person meal deal." I spoke to the manager at KFC and I express to him that I was trying to use the app to get a specific deal and the app is not working. The manager explained to me that the app hasn't been working for the last few days and should be up and running again soon. I showed him the deal that I was attempting to purchase and ask him because of the situation is there any way that he can honor the price and deal from the app. He said no that he did not have tha

Tried the new nuggets for $6.29 (that's for the chicken only). What a rip-off! 8 tiny pieces of soggy, lukewarm chicken. Not crunchy at all, flavor was like original recipe but very salty. I was given 2 sauces, but one was broken open. Didn't need 2 because there wasn't much chicken to dip. (See pictures) I wasn't expecting much since this location usually sucks, but wanted to give them a chance to see if they've improved. As usual, they still suck. How hard is it to make chicken nuggets?

Didn't even get to try the food. This place closes an 30 mins before that actually close bc the workers want to just sit in the back so the customers don't think they're open. They also lock the doors before closing time. Unacceptable. Either change the hours or get a new staff

I don't usually eat at kFC haven't been there in years. I decided to try it yesterday. Bad decision on my part. The chicken was so greasy, I couldn't eat it. The service was slow, I will never go back. The chicken felt wet, too greasy.

Drive thru lady very rude rushed service and didn’t even give anyone time to look at menu very unprofessional just opened my food chicken is mushy as hell she asked original or crispy but i ain’t know original meant under cooked my fruit punch taste like water im disgusted
