KFC

Always clean and well lit. Staff is kind and helpful. We ordered the two piece meal each. Added Mashed Potatoes & Cole Slaw. Realized we only get one side. But we ordered extra. This is more a corporate issue-but the biscuits are not what they used to be. Large and flaky. No more. We know prices are high but your biscuits were the best! Maybe you should go back to rolls? Just a thought. Maybe some ambiance in the dining room? Great meal tho-we were very pleased. Otherwise-Close to gasoline and route 60. River access for a quick bucket on the river. Have supported since I was small. Thank you for being open!

It was not a pleasant experience, arrived at 12:06 p.m.. to pick up some lunch. I ordered a crispy whole wing meal to be told they only had one wing. Would I like something else. So I took the wing and drumsticks. I ordered a 3 pc tender as well. The chicken wasn't fresh. The biscuit was hard, and the tenders were dried out. This used to be my favorite KFC in my area. How do you not have fresh food at lunchtime?

01-10-2026 It takes a lot to make me write negative comments,but Saturday I went through the kfc drive through,and ordered a 2 piece 1 wing,1 breast I requested both original... with mashed potatoes and gravy and the biscuit! i skipped the coleslaw! I was told "we only have extra crispy,it'll take 7 minutes for the original!" I parked and waited...after receiving a box,I peeked inside to check my order...I saw a wing, and the breast both were extra crispy to my disappointment! Plus there was macaroni and cheese in the place of the mashed potatoes! I went back to the window to inquire about my order...in a nice voice, I explained that I hadn't got what I paid for...I was told "our machine that makes original chicken is broken down so we had to use the other COOKER IT'S THE SAME! Came here to get food. Waited 30 minutes for a $20 bucket of chicken with two large mashed potatoes and an order of potato wedges. Very unsatisfied with the wait time.

30 minutes so far in the drive thru that looks empty because they make everyone park in the parking lot and wait. Not sure how much longer I’ll be waiting. May need to go find a chicken for them to cook since apparently all of theirs ran away. At least 10 cars just waiting all this time. But if you pull up to the drive through it looks like no one is waiting.
