KFC

Does anyone take pride in anything anymore? Especially when it comes to food safety and health issues. Third time coming in and the food is either dripping grease or the chicken isn’t even cooked properly! Seriously doubt ill be eating here again!

Absurdly slow and inattentive service. Waited 30+ minutes for a pickup order and watched numerous customers walk out because they weren't even greeted at the counter - let alone had their order taken. I finally asked the employee closest to the counter if my mobile order was almost ready. She turned her back and said "I don't know ' she said nothing else and didn't check. Left without my order and went elsewhere. Possibly the worst managed restaurant in town.

Ordered $20 8 piece dark meat bucket meal and didn't realize that they give you individual tiny sides, called when I got home and seen the tiny sides, they said they would fix the order for me, yeah charge me again for the large sides that I thought I was supposed to get!!! If I would have done that my chicken would have been cold by the time I got home so I told them I didn't want it and they even hassle me again telling me I had to have the card in order to get my refund, so I went back to get my card and came back to the store and had to wait on a line of people before I could get the money back on my card again. They were not very friendly at all during the whole experience. That was my worst experience at KFC.

Ordered a 3 piece, got a two piece. Biscuit is too hard to eat.
