It all started when I ordered the honey bbq chicken a couple of weeks ago and it was fine. The chicken was well tossed in the sauce, no issues. UNTIL IT ALL CHANGED. Today I ordered the same honey bbq chicken again but this time, there was hardly any sauce on it. I brought the food back immediately hoping for a solution. I was not welcomed with any options to getting my order fixed. The store manager could've easily offered to remake the food and we would have been on our way. He refused to 1) Do anything 2) give us corporate number 3) help us understand understand why the food looked so horrible even though everything looked the same on the app and the restaurant and 4) he lied saying that the recipe changed last week....such a lousy and convenient excuse. I would give LESS stars if zero was an option. I tried to order using their own advertisement 2 chicken sandwiches for $6. The person demanded I use the app, but the ad says nothing about app being required. I went inside to show the advertisement and barcode and was told, we can't scan barcode here. You must use the app. Even though the advertisement says NOTHING about using an app to use the offer. She was RUDE, so I left without buying anything. Never plan to return here, even though it is the ONLY KFC nearby.

Exceptionally clean restaurant — easily one of the cleanest in Fulton! The staff and service are truly outstanding, offering a warm and welcoming experience from start to finish. While the food may take a little extra time to prepare, that’s simply because everything is made fresh to order. I’d much rather enjoy a hot, freshly cooked meal than something rushed and reheated. A true gem in the heart of Fulton!

One of the cleanest restaurants in Fulton! The staff is always kind, professional, and welcoming. The food might take a few extra minutes, but it’s always hot, fresh, and worth the wait. You can tell they care about quality and keeping their place spotless. A great spot for a good meal and great service!
