KFC

KFC is just not what it used to be. FOOD: The Food here can be pretty hit-or-miss. I have eaten inside and also ordered family meals to-go. I have had multiple issues with the original recipe chicken being old and dry. I have also had issues with the extra crispy tasting like the oil was old and burnt. The sides are pretty consistently mid. I have also had issues with them forgetting items in my large family meal to-go order. The retail prices can be pretty step at times but if you order online there are much more budget friendly options that are not available on the in-store menu. SERVICE: The Service is fine and the employees that I have interacted with have been pleasant. ATMOPSPHERE: The Atmosphere is okay. I won’t go too far into detail because my food was delicious, but I did a mobile order. It was incorrect. The manager on shift was kind enough to fix it, but I won’t go in too far of detail but gauge he’s a blind young man that works the front counter. It is never OK to argue with the customer about their food. Specially, whenever they know what they get on it usually and what they ordered it’s not OK to roll eyes at customers. It’s OK to be wrong though young man whoever management is I hope that they take time and give him a lesson and customer service and accountability and maybe he needs to read this and know that it’s OK to be wrong sometimes but don’t argue with me because I ordered I had to go all the way home and come all the way back. This location has been one of the few I have visited in the past 20 years. I didn’t eat at KFC until I was reintroduced to KFC in 2022 while in Poland. There, I found my taste for KFC once again and have been blown away by the changes in their menus. Of course the receipts and the taste remains unmatched and a delicacy that’s to be craved. Supply returning from Europe, I have been visiting this location and gotten nothing but amazing support and service. The food and the drinks are amazing and their seasonal beverages are what my kids chases every time we are here. The nuggets are to die for and are tastier than any other restaurant I have been to.

Never again they made it wrong again. Gage had a horrible attitude at pickup again. And the cook telling the manager I was wrong… no sir lol you are The KOREAN BOWL HAS CHEESE AND COLESLAW. I heard him argue that I was wrong. You were. Bad bad bad customer service

Food is trash. Fries are too salty and chicken is dry and hard. Tastes like old chicken, like they double fry it or double heat it up. Like they're trying to have fast service, rather than fresh food. Ordered a Spicy chicken sandwich and bread was soggy. Def not from the sauce or pickles.
