KFC

No customer service, The manager is rude and not trying to make issues right for the customer. The staff looked at my pick up order and said it's still being prepared twice, the third time they checked it was ready but it had never moved from the countesr and it had no additions to the bag. The order was not what I wanted and the manager could not do anything to make it right even though the price was not different. She was curt and dismissive. The bathrooms are old, used dirty and run down. The restaurant itself is showing its well worn age of 60 or so years. Believe the negative reviews. KFC is not training their staff and neglecting their facilities. The positive reputation of KFC is all that is keeping this store open.

On Tuesday October 14, My husband and I went to this KFC location to get their Tuesday special, we got there at 10 am which is posted on their door and Web site that they open. My husband went to the door and found it locked so he stood outside waiting at 10:15 no one came to unlock the door but you can see people moving around inside when my husband was finally able to get someone's attention the came to the door and told him "you have to go through drive through" so we did but we had to go straight to the window because a big delivery truck was blocking the order box. When we got to the window we sat there for 10 minutes before someone came to the window and when the girl finally opened the window she said "what do you want?" very good chicken sanwiches. very fresh and crispy

Firstly, when we drive up we had to say, “hello” about four times before someone acknowledged us. Then when we got out mashed potato bowl there was no spork ( spoon) included to eat my food. My husbands spicy chicken sandwich was drenched in the sauce. We had to wipe it off with a napkin before he could eat it. This is horrible.

We went to have pot pie, they had none, rude through the drive thru. How can an establishment not have what you're looking for. Zero customers and no cars in the parking lot. This K FC needs help
