Whoever the little boy working today who had an attitude himself, he gave me bloody chicken on purpose. I have the picture to show and all! If you don't like your job , get a new one , don't take it out on the customer. Black straight hair, brown eyes, working 4:38pm 03-03-2026. Telling customers to fix their attitude when he has 1 himself. Telling me " this Isn't fast food you know.." I never once said that. He told me its a 20 minute wait I said ok, and he never rang me up thru drive thru, i still had questions like " would you be bringing it out to my car or do I need a wait inside?" He instantly had attitude telling me "this isn't fast food you know.." i don't know what made him say that when I told him I was willing to wait three different times! I waited only to get GREASY UNDERCOO

I want to like this place since it’s in my town, but I haven’t had a good experience in a long time. They are constantly out of food items and most recently I used the app for a specific time and showed up to get my food at the specified time on the app and they said it would be a 45 minute wait. And guess what, they were out of food items. Again. It’s unreal. It’s like kfc just doesn’t care. I will avoid this restaurant from now on.

Order food over an hour before they closed and they only had legs in both original and crispy, no breasts lr wings. Then I waited at the window for over five minutes before driving off as no one opened the window to wait on me or take my payment. We will not be returning to this location ever.

Went into order and were told that they were out of French fries and potato wedges. Asked for a side of fried pickles and was told they could not do that due to them shutting their fryers off at 7pm even though they close at 10pm. Employees were very distracted due to one of the employees having their four small children in the dining area while the parent was working. The oldest child was cleaning up a mess of food off the dining room floor when we walked in then went into the back of the kitchen to throw away the mess she cleaned up. Seems like a big liability to bring your children while you work and allow them into the kitchen area. The youngest one was a baby less then a year old and crying for her mom the entire time we waited for our order, which was roughly 15 minutes.

Haven’t been to a KFC in awhile and I hope this is the how the service and quality of food will always be here. We are considering moving to ND and this will be where we eat when coming to Devils Lake for shopping. Dakota gave us perfect service!
