The last two times I’ve gone through the drive through at this location they didn’t have fried chicken and it was over a 30 minute wait. Both visits were at 7pm on a normal weekday mind you. Bizarre. I could understand it happening once, but twice is pattern. Of course, a bunch of us are huddled in a side parking lot so the drive through timer doesn’t record any of these shenanigans. I can appreciate not wanting to overcook food, but at some point they have to decide whether they want to be in business. You don’t see Taco Bell running out of Tacos. Last trip for me. Chicken isn’t that good.

I just love going through the drive-thru to be greeted by a rude nasty attitude... then getting all the way home to west boca to find my order wrong. A waste of $38

Went through the drive thru. Did NOT expect much. However the way this lady spoke to me was so rude I literally just left the drive through. Their menu was limited and I was spoken to like I should understand what that means…. And then talked down to when asking about my drink options (again, limited). I realised; this isn’t what I’d want to spend my money on. Do better KFC, I just ate down at Popeyes thanks to your employee.

It was alright I guess. Nothing particularly good or bad. Well the max and cheese was nasty and the biscuit was also gross. But the staff was nice after we waited about 10 min to order. There was no one in here btw. Yet I stood at the counter for 10 min. Whatever tho it Was kinda gross🤷🏿‍♀️

This location requires additional DoorDash verification steps that are inconsistent with standard DoorDash procedures. Repeated confirmations and impractical photo requirements caused unnecessary delays during pickup, particularly in the drive-through where clear photos are difficult to obtain. The young lady at the drive through window was unable to clearly explain the policy and showed uncertainty when asked how orders should be confirmed. There was hesitation with the answers she gave me and quite frankly lacked a sense of urgency to provide the order trying to hold it hostage as if she payed for it.
