Manager had very poor people skills. Very hateful and unfriendly. Very annoyed with the fact that people actually chose to eat there. Cold food was ready within minutes and tossed on the counter. Gravy was the consistency of water. The place was filthy.

I’m not one to typically complain, but after entering the building to pick up my order, I felt it was important to address my concerns. The condition of this place was extremely unsanitary and visibly run down. I have NEVER encountered a restaurant maintained at this level. Additionally, the customer service I received was unprofessional and very rude. The combination of poor facility conditions and customer service reflects a serious concern in management. As a member of this community, it is disappointing to see a business operate with the cleanliness I saw today. I strongly encourage ownership to reassess current management practices, prioritize proper maintenance, and ensure staff are trained to meet basic professional and health expectations. The food was okay would have given more but the drinks were limited to sour sweet tea, the manager was short and rude to us. Yes we paid, yes we ate the food but everything like the bathroom was bad and there was a broken table, a broken glass door. This place needs new management. God forbid you spend 40$ and ask for sauce.

Guys I'm usually not one for bad reviews; I hate giving them. But you can always count on De Queen KFC....to take forever AND get your order WRONG!. Waited 20 minutes for original recipe dark meat and this is what I got, disgusting, soggy, falling apart skin. Also I had ordered Mac n cheese instead of cole slaw because my kids like it better only to get home and find cole slaw and no mac. Lastly, their mashed potatoes really taste like tap water they should invest in a purification system for their restaurant. Literally spent nearly $35 dollars for something no one wants to eat.

I’m genuinely disappointed in the state of the KFC in De Queen, AR. Food safety, hygiene, and sober staff are the bare minimum expectations for any restaurant. The young cashier was clearly the only one sober and doing her best to keep things running, while other staff seemed totally disengaged — one with earbuds in, ignoring her repeated requests to make fries that had been delayed for 20 minutes. The place felt chaotic and poorly managed. Cleanliness was questionable, and some staff behavior raised real concerns about possible substance use on shift. I left uneasy and honestly nervous about feeding the food to my family. I’ve reached out to KFC corporate because our town deserves better than this. I hope the franchise owners will take this seriously and give the employees and customers
