Great young man, what a great kid, talked to me and made the conversation personal! Truly cares about the customers, evident in the actions of how he handles people! Great future ahead of him! Employees take forever to acknowledge customers in lobby. One worker taking orders at drive thru and dine in counter. Service slow

The food was delicious and the service was excellent. They were polite and attentive to everyone.

Ordered 2 Colonel Crispy Sandwiches. Sign said 2 for $6. I was charged original price of $3.99 each. I did not tell the cashier about her error I figured Karma will work it out. I asked for no mayo and it was prepared correctly, but there was nothing else on the sandwich...just a small piece of fried chicken. $8.54 Total for 2 little chicken things. I should have known better and drove out of my way to find a Chick-Fil-A.

I just got the new saucy nuggets from KFC combo and this is how you do me. I am very disappointed. Please don't skimp on the sauce. This is false advertising. I didn't opt for any sauce because I thought it had it on it.
