KFC

My husband and I must have gotten lucky and KFC was having a good day, reading all the reviews were concerning. Walked in to have dinner about 6:30PM and the big Sunday chicken rush was over, several couples eating inside and steady stream of carry out’s. Place was clean and still organized from the day. Young lady at the counter said hello and took our order. We got our soda and chose a table and within 5 min our name was called, our food was ready. Our order was correct, food hot and tasty, we enjoyed our meal. Debbie/ Riverview Mi

drive thru on coupon. was supposed to be eight pieces 2 of each legs, wings, thighs and breasts. we got one breast and 3 thighs but ok, that's fine however the chicken was greasy and super salty. the only side we wanted was coleslaw. that was sucky. both of us had our hearts throbbing out the rest of the evening. the condiments in packets were loaded with crap chemicals and additives so they got tossed. honest to God we hadn't eaten KFC for 20 years and we will never ever eat their food again. Corporate crap folks. I'll stick with alcocks broasted chicken breasts in cheboygan and their crazy good sides. screw KFC!

There’s a young man who works here that intentionally bagged my family’s order improperly. Shoving each item into one bag (this was a $40 order with a lot of food.) the boxes were crushed and smashed, fries fell out of the cartons and all over into the bag, and the food was simply thrown into the bag with no neatness. Waste of money and extremely poor and unethical behavior. Food was soggy and disappointing.

Tell me why every time I order chicken ... its dry old and hard... but only from this kfc?? This is unacceptable... this is what you get when u order a $65 worth of chicken for the family....

Went through on 9/12. No chicken tenders said they were out, so I got a famous bowl and biscuits. Get my bag, no fork, no butter. Ask for butter, they’re out of butter too! Then go to eat my famous bowl and there’s no corn in it. Don’t waste your time here. Waste of money! 10/1 out of biscuits. Is there ever a time where this kfc isn’t out of something?
