The food this day my friends was really great, we did go on Tuesday and yes we did have the $10 all dark meat chicken, ok they did run out of chicken it took about 5 minutes no problem. I guess my only complaint is they didn't give the chicken time to "rest" instead of throwing it straight in the bucket it caused the skin off from the high humidity from the steaming hot chicken, it also caused quite a bit of oil or grease ending up covering the bucket. I know it sounds like I am complaining but I am just explaining. Now onto the Totally Awesome Chicken 🐔🍗 it was really really good no joke very good taste to it, I didn't use any sauces I didn't feel the need to, but my wife did try the come back sauce on her's and she like it says it was peppery but for real the chicken was moist and delici

I got there at 11:03 cause I thought they opened at 11. I had to walk through two employees outside smoking at the front door. I went in the cashier was nice. I ordered extra crispy chicken. The eight piece bucket did not look at it left had to walk through two people smoke to get back to my vehicle. The chicken I think was a day old. It was not crispy. It looked horrible. It tasted like it was an old grease and I go there every other week on Tuesdays to buy chicken. I was very very disappointed this time.

Crystal was wonderful today. She helped me with my app. Very customer friendly and easy to talk to. Had a great experience today.

If you want to spend way too much for way too little... I know the culinary challenges of instant mashed potatoes are nothing to take lightly but at some point you have to act like you care so that your employees act like they care.

I know we're in slow season, but come on guys! What was served tonight is far from acceptable. My chicken was hot, but the oil is clearly way too old and it was rather nasty tasting... To the point I'm unable to tolerate eating it. There were also tons of feathers still in some of the pieces! The mashed potatoes were not completely mixed and I had bites of instant powder mix. The nuggets were soggy and old. The people working tonight were nice and courteous, but the food was the worse I've had in a very long time. Will be making a sandwich tonight, cuz this chicken is definitely not what I'd consider edible.
