We came in tonight and had a terrible experience other than the manager who gave us our correct item that we had to drive another 40 mins round trip to receive.The customer service was terrible and there was a girl who was super snobby and not accommodating at all and couldn’t even look at us or anything when we came back in cause she knew they gave us old stale chicken that had been sitting out a long time along with old and stale fries that were trash. I got 5 cheese curds in an order as a side which was pathetic honestly; and our queso was watery and unappealing. We also received famous bowls instead of our Mac and cheese bowls which is the only thing we did receive that they made correct for us when we came back cause we asked if we let them remake everything if it’d be fresh and got t

I normally use drive through tonight the girl at the window showed great service she seemed to like her job and was super friendly. I asked to speak to manager to let him know how pleased I was with the service everytime I go there. Keep up the good work.

Chicken was superior to other locations fresh and the crispy was actually tasty and moist the only location I think still gives the original recipe. Friendly staff as well I didn’t know they had a buffet a bit greasy but it’s fried . I’m made I came in for 1 piece end up with another 3 peace meal havnt had chicken this good in a long time nice work management was great as well she lights up the room with her personality

Stopped to try out the return of the honey bbq chicken... got the honey bbq hot wings.... first the wings are NOT the original hot wings they are atomically hotter than the original and not a pleasant experience. Complete swing and a miss KFC.

Buffet was well stocked, food looked/tasted fresh. All condiments were stocked and looked neat. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly. Buffet is decently priced and there is a lot of food to choose from.
