KFC

Today's (1/22/26) experience was a little left to be desired. Literally waiting at the counter for around 5 minutes , wasn't acknowledged at all until the lady walked up to the counter with a attitude that was so thick you could have cut it with a knife! I placed my order and when she couldn't figure out how to fix it on the register her temp flared up and out came the (F) bomb ~ I told her, "Let's just forget it!" ~ I left and I AM pretty sure it'll be a loooooong time before I go back. This isn't the 1st time things have gone wrong in this restaurant . . . KFC needs to step up to the plate and hire some people that are worthy and professional ~ PERIOD!!!!!

Absolutely worst KFC. I have tried to give my business at this location and every time I go there (4 times), they are out of white meat. Finally went through the drive through last vit and they had white meat but none cooked. My wife and I wanted it to go as we ordered a complete meal. We waited 15 to 20 minutes after paying and they brought it to us. We got home and got our plates out to prepare for supper. Opened the box of chicken and it was all burned. We managed to get a few usable pieces out and threw the rest away. Im done with this place. Owner needs replaced. Lastly, when you look through the drive through window, it's not very clean inside.

Everyone knows or has a KFC experience. This one is our family favorite. The Sunday team served up that finger licking good stuff and the establishment was clean. The staff was friendly and fast..

Just left KFC. They have no chicken. They have no extra crispy white meat chicken. They was cooking white meat original. It's 6:15 in the evening time and they have no white meat chicken available. Pretty frustrating when you're a fast food place. I don't know what the problem is with these local fast food joints such as Pizza, Hut and KFC not having food available. No manager calls you back. No nothing. It's like they don't even freaking care. If you're not going to have chicken then shut the restaurant down.

Fried chicken is my favorite but our local KFC is below par. It tastes old and not warm. We discovered the Berrieville, AR KFC is wonderful. We drove 2 hrs to get there and it's still as great as we remembered.
