KFC

I always came here 3 to 4 times a year as I live in another state...I won't be stopping here anymore...I bought an 8 piece meal extra crispy, and a 12 piece original meal and a taco. Everything was good except the biscuits. They were as hard as concrete! I have never in my life had a biscuit like that! I called the manager and there really wasn't a response. I won't be back. I always loved coming here my family loves biscuits...Not today boys!

07/28/2024 KFC is the only "fastfood chicken" we will eat. Decided to stop in at the one in Benton. The place was very clean, the man who took our order was very friendly. He repeated the order back to us. Everything was hot and fresh when we got it. I am really impressed with this KFC.

Wished I had gotten the gentleman's name today but im going to say he was the manager. Very polite and so was the clerk that took our order.

I am always surprised by how slow this generation is overpaid and it takes twice as many of them to do the job. They don't even know the definition of multi tasking. There was a first tonight I saw using a garden hose on the floor 4 feet from the drive thru window water spraying and misting on food and food containers.

Order was not right. Biscuits was hard n cold. Need menu access for vision challenge. Maybe readable menu.
