KFC

Stopped along my route during a trip. Easily ordered and paid online. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. Awesome smiles. My meal was ready as estimated. Restroom was very clean. I gave a 4 rating for food only due to my 5 piece nuggets being mych too salty. My 4 piece original meal was ideal.

I placed an order in the drive through. When I pick up my order it was not what I had placed… I drove back to the drive through to let someone know that my order was incorrect. The lady who took the order asked me to pull around to the window. When I arrived at the window she then asked me to come inside. I explained to her that I did not have the time to come inside. Her eyes grew larger and she gave me an annoying… look grabbing the bag and walking away. Then a man appeared. I explained to him the situation and he said “ I will fix it for you”. When I receiver the new order it still was incorrect… I just took the order and left thinking maybe that is the best they can do ☹️

Being craving some chicken liver for a few week. I had to come through and see how KFC chicken taste. They were fried perfect and taste really good. It wasn't not dry at all. Not bad! I got a 12cpc with a biscuit for $6.94 that's tax including too. It was not displayed on the menu so I had to ask the lady in drive thru. I guess she was not to happy but I drove a good little way to taste them.

Placed an online order and ended up waiting almost an hour to get my food. That’s unacceptable, especially for a fast food place. When I asked about the delay, the employee I spoke to named YANNA was extremely rude and clearly didn’t care. No apology, no explanation — just attitude. This location clearly has serious issues with both customer service and efficiency. Won’t be coming back.

Absolutely unacceptable service. Every single time (for years) we go to this KFC it’s the same issues: rude employees, incorrect orders, or they’re somehow out of chicken. Tonight was the final straw. We placed a delivery order at 9:00 PM through the KFC website. At 9:45 PM, we received a message saying they had no chicken and were “about to close” — even though their posted closing time is 11:00 PM. They still took our $50, stopped answering the phone, and offered no solution or refund. If you’re out of food, close your online ordering. If you’re closing early, update your hours. Taking customers’ money and then refusing service is unacceptable. Save yourself the frustration and order literally anywhere else.
