KFC

So yesterday night we ordered online and sadly the closing manager Jeremy had a emergency causing him to have to close the store down. We understood but we had an issue trying to get kfc.com to refund our money. Despite having his emergency at home he needed to get to he made sure we were able to cal the right people to get our refund and still the next day had us come in to compensate the meal we didn’t get. He went above and beyond despite needing to get home for his emergency. Wanted to come on here in the hopes he gets recognized for excellent customer service

I ordered three original pieces of chicken. I ordered two wings and one chicken breast. What I received looked like several hours dry old chicken. What arrived was one original wing, one original thigh and one crispy breast. I called and spoke with the manager Jeremy who advised me that he would put me in the book to replace my chicken. I expressed my concerns because this is not the first time I received chicken totally unacceptable. I currently do not have a vehicle, so ordering by Uber is the way I get my food. Hopefully this location will start to take more pride in the way they are selling their chicken. Smh.

Order our food, the employees acted like the people going thru the drive thru were more important than us waiting for ours it took us 45 minutes to get what we ordered after being asked to show our receipt to see what we order, one employer got indignant when a customer has for her receipt and asked if she did not trust them. Never will I go there again their service were good until now, maybe management needs a replacement.

Just for a heads up, if you use Door Dash, and you receive half an order of fries, let them (door dash) know, and they will refund the purchase. Although we did want the fries that was a small consolation in the messed up order. So we did a Tuesday delivery order, which included a free 8 pc bucket with $25 order promotion. So anyway, maybe I'm old and we're used to great kfc. I haven't ordered it in a long time, but come on the colonel would not be proud. Even buffet chicken is better. And if you're in Ocala, although Lee's went don't hill some in the last couple of years, theirs is still massively more fresh and not ultra greasy. That said, the kfc chocolate cake is worth its weight in gold for the money, get that 100%, and it's huge for 6 bucks! But the bucket of chicken was bleh,

I ordered a family meal for pick up and when I made it home my meal was missing items. I called this location 3 times before they answered and I didn’t get an apology for the meal missing items. she said it busy promotion day and hung up. I would fire this employee immediately and the restaurant looked dirty on top of that. Biscuits were hard and the food is low quality. If you can’t get employees that care then shut the doors on this business. Every time I return to KFC I’m reminded why it’s a terrible business and gross. I don’t care about your promotions get my meal correct.
