KFC

The service here has always been incredibly slow but on my last visit, it was unacceptable. I went in because the drive thru line was insane, and I was ordering the new cheese curds so I figured that would be quickest. I waited 20 minutes for three tiny bags of cheese curds that were burnt and the cheese had exploded out. There was no sense of urgency from any of the workers, they were just roaming around, seemingly confused. I recommend dining elsewhere!

Stop on our way traveling to Ohio. Excellent food and service. It was on the busy side when we arrived just before noon, Sunday. Wait time was accepted and comparable to other KFC locations. The dinner room was clean and arranged in a good flow. They could benefit from another trash can. The light fixture was cool with a chicken bucket as the center.

If you don't have at least 30 minutes to wait, avoid this KFC. This is by far the SLOWEST location I have ever been to. It doesn't matter what time of the day or night I stop in, I have wait anywhere from 25-45 minutes for chicken. 🥴 Last night, I waited 23 minutes. There were 7 employees and a manager, no one knew what they were doing. The last 9 minutes of my wait were due to one of the employees not knowing how to put the food in a bag. 🤦🏻‍♀️ She kept hollering my order was ready, but wouldn't give it to me because she "didn't know how to bag the bags." All she had to do was place 2 paper bags in the larger plastic bag. But she kept running her mouth until someone left their station to place the bags in a larger bag for her. It was infuriating. Management needs to train their staff,

I went tonight at 5:30 I placed my order at the kiosk, I should've looked around before placing the order, people waiting and customers wanting their money back. The manager yelling at her employees if I don't get a bathroom break you don't either. 41 minutes for my take out order. I normally would've left unfortunately nobody was at the register for a refund. When new customers came in, they told customers it's a 40 minute wait. The store was not clean either.

Okay, the staff are always friendly and polite. Everytime I've gone because the chicken hunger hit me its like playing whack a mole to discover what they actually have on hand. If you are open until 10pm you should not run out of cooked chicken and/or half the sides by 8pm. Fries not immediately fresh from the fryer are always ice cold. If they have a heat lamp its not being used. Before 8pm good food and friendly staff, after 8pm search elsewhere if you're hungry.
