The drive-through service here is extremely slow. Almost every time I order, they ask me to pull around and park in the front of the building to wait for my food to be walked out. That defeats the whole purpose of using the drive-through. Another frustrating issue is the sauces. They ask what sauce you want when you order, but more often than not it’s missing from the bag when you finally get your food. Between the long waits and orders not being complete, the experience here is consistently disappointing.

Every time I go here this place is terrible. Out of chicken and makes me feel sick. Even when I get Taco Bell the servings are incredibly skimp. It's sad that a place that employs young People serves such bad food. KFC went downhill the past decade. 👎

Who runs this place? I only go here once maybe every 4 months or so but EVERYTIME I Go they're out of something. One time they literally had no chicken so I was going to get taco bell then they where like oh sorry we're out of that stuff too. Today they didn't have Pepsi, I worked in food service for a while it's not difficult to make sure you don't run out of stuff. Who ever is the store manager needs to get re trained or fired. I've never experienced anything like it before. EVERYTIME I go lol they're out of something. From now on I'll just start off by asking "what did you run out of today" before ordering 😅

I ordered online & got 2 3 piece tender meals.. I got 2 boxes with 1chicken breast in each cut into 3. They didn’t have half of the menu, didn’t even have the pastries. Wasn’t expecting a lot but when I asked for a refund all I got was it’s all on the app… which it’s not… they never have anything.

This location in Auburn, MA is notoriously terrible. Today I ordered using the app...15 bucks for a 5 piece chicken, 2 sides and 2 pepsis. When I arrive...soda machine is down and they only have dark meat extra crispy. This has been going on for years and I think its some scam like with the McDonald's Ice Cream machines.
