KFC

It wasn't super busy. I didn't see how many staff they had, but saw at least 3 people there (most likely more?). I used the drive thru and the crew was kinda grumpy and seemed distracted, but not the end of the world. I ordered and was behind 1 other car. After an initial 5 minute wait, I was pulled around to the front to wait and it took about 25 minutes to get my food. I had ordered and paid for 4 chicken sandwiches with large fries and drink. We did recieve the sandwiches and drinks but had only recieved 3 fries and they were small, not large. The fries were refrigerator cold in the middle, which means they were not cooked through all the way in the frier. Yesterday I picked up a A1 combo The lady said OK are you all right with a five minute wait will you make these fresh per order and then I get up to the window and take your hand me my burger and says looks like we had one ready to go. I already had my bad thoughts on that so I eat it outside while they make fresh fries because they were pretty bad and after I finish my food, a few hours goes by stomach hurts to hurt really bad and it gets really bloated And then I start keeping a bunch and shitting on day two I am still shitting water but the puking stopped around 4am. In the drive thru they told us a 30 minute wait on chicken, then were rude when we said we would wait for the chicken. We placed our order and then were told that we could only use 1 coupon per transaction. So we went back thru to place a second order with a separate card as we were splitting the purchase anyways. Alondra at the window was extremely rude to us the second time. Walked away from the window after she started to reach for my card and coupon. Came back and snatched the card and coupon from my hand. Assuming she walked off to get manager approval. No words were said. Taking the coupon applied that it would have been accepted. I went to this KFC drive thru for a typical dinner. At the window there computer crashed so I reordered our meal,no big deal. They asked me to pull around to the front and they would bring out the order. After 15 minutes of waiting I went inside and no one looked happy to see me, I asked if my order was ready after reminding them that we had been waiting. I could hear them talking in the kitchen about my order being an inconvenience because mine wasn't ready yet. They told the counterperson to tell me I needed to wait until it was ready. I really put them out my making my order next. Needless to say I was discouraged about dinner and the food was not good. Hopefully if you like this store that you don't get treated this way.

Drive thru ordered a Root beer Freeze tonight with my order, was the 4th thing I ordered. Apparently, cashier Rebbecca did not hear me say that. Was handed food, I ask where the Freeze was, she told me I did not order a freeze, BS! I did order a freeze. Had to charge me for a freeze, she stormed off all pissy to go and make the freeze. Didn't talk to me when she finally handed my drink. She definitely needs more training or gets sacked for how I was treated tonight.
