Hi, I just wanted to let you know that the NPR story about Keyser had your mayor (and ethics violator, apparently) and a number of your citizens looking woefully uneducated in a ramshackle and dilapidated town. And actually, your mayor not only exhibits what's wrong with your town, but how your town has adversely impacted its own citizens, the rest of the country, and the world at large. You're a former coal town resistant to renewable energy.... How many of your citizens died from black lung cancer? How many of your citizens who worked for/with coal directly died premature and left families struggling? How many tons of pollution did your town contaminate the rest of your state, the US, the world with? What is your receipt in the crisis of our planet being very very sick? I can understa
