Kenny's Cafe

Thought this would be a great place to order soul food from, but turns out it was a miss. Gave us the runs and the chicken on two of our orders were very dry & we got baked and fried chicken. The Salisbury steak, rice, pinto and cabbage was ok tasting, I would try again and hopefully the results are much different, if not then that’s it for this place. Oh we love the Hawaiian sweet bread that came with each meal.

Kenny should be ashamed of sending out these sausages that have been sitting all morning and then to top it off whoever cooked those grits, knows they only used water. Why would you only send butter in the bag knowing the amount of help those grits need. Hell I couldn't even use the sausage Jerky you sent to add flavor. I travel all over the country and this is by far the worst breakfast I've had in the southeast.

Wow,this place is a hidden gem! I ordered the pancake platter on Uber Eats,and the breakfast was delicious! My Uber Eats driver even raved about Kenny's Cafe! This was my first time trying.I was even told that I would get an even better experience if I go there in person,just to see all of the good food up close! I pray that this business continues to prosper,and good job on the food and service!

Here’s why I gave them a five. The atmosphere was great on entry. I could see ladies working hard in the kitchen and people eating good. The menu is easy to understand and plenty of meat options. The smoked sausage was amazing. Fried eggs were perfect. The grits had no seasoning, but once I added the salt and pepper with butter they were really good. The biscuit was the perfect shape, look and feel but I could only eat the top half as it’s a bit much to eat with the pancakes plus after eating at it a while the biscuit wasn’t all that. Pancakes look like a million bucks just picture perfect . The taste was nine out of 10. A little interesting on the chew but it was ever so slight. Plenty parking, very nice cashier lady. Restrooms are clean enough and accommodating. Not a ton of seats for t
