Ken & Dale's Restaurant

The food was amazing. The salmon was expertly done. The broccoli was steamed still slightly crunchy, perfect. The sauteed mushrooms were flavorful. I didn't expect such amazing food!!!

We came in on a Monday evening after a long day. Hands down, the best onion rings I have ever had! My burger was perfectly cooked with rich flavors. But the service, incredible!! If your in the area, go here!

The outside of this restaurant is underwhelming and uninteresting but I held my opinion until I got inside. The restaurant was empty which was great as it gave me the opportunity to admire the look and layout of the place. The inside is beautiful and inviting. The staff member behind the bar was nice and courteous. I asked for the Patty melt to go to take back to my hotel room. I can atleast say it was edible. The patties biggest downfall was that it was frozen and not freshly made which is just disappointing. Maybe the rest of their menu is just fine but steer clear of the Patty Melt.

Food was above average. Thousand Island dressing for the Reuben is very sweet. Brisket had good flavor but was dry. Environment is loud, chairs scrape on the floor & we sat between a child watching a show on a phone very loudly and a mom cussing out her kid. Waitress was friendly, order was fast and correct.

After taking in the splendor of Carhenge, we wanted to sample the local foodie experience, and Ken & Dale's Restaurant did the trick. Our waitress was super-pleasant and attentive -- she took great care of us. The food was great, and it was hard to pass up the dessert, but we had to get on our way to the next passport stop.
