Firs time here, and I would definitely come here again! The service and coffee are great!

I have gone to Kel's quite a few times, their drinks are really good but kind of spendy, so I only treat myself once in a while. The younger staff have always been super sweet and kind; the owner however is not. I drove up to the window, was completely ignored for a minute and then when she opened the window, I said "good morning" with no response. When she finally spoke to me and said good morning, I said hello and started ordering. She cut me off and raised her voice saying "GOOD MORNING, HOW ARE YOU?" , being very snooty and speaking to me like I was a child who ignored her. Having worked in customer service for years, this was really shocking to me that the owner would speak to a customer that way. I wanted to drive off without ordering anything after this interaction. Best coffee shop around! Service is always Top Notch and they know you and remember your drink. Half the time they're already making it by the time you pull up to the window. Absolutely love all the girls they're wonderful!

The smoothie i received looked and tasted like colored yogurt in a cup with a straw do drink it out of. Not even worth taking a picture.

Their manager was amazing! She’s so cute and sweet, best service ever! The owner is unprofessional and rude. I won’t be returning. I’ve sat on this for a week now, not it’s time I share my personal review. I over heard the owner speaking rude of someone she obviously didn’t like. I ignored prior reviews and wanted to make up my own opinion. Now I see I should have listened. Yuck!
