I ate so much I felt like ascending to heaven from the happiness. I truly believe they have the best Peruvian x Japanese sushi fusion which is 10000x times better than many sit down restaurants. Truly plates that are worth the price and the money (honestly affordable). Riquísimo. The service was top tier and super nice. They even gave me extra sauce. Super amazing.

My husband and I first went to BJ’s for dinner, but it was packed, loud, and not the vibe we were looking for. On the way out, we spotted this cozy food truck with tables under a tent decorated with cute lights playing Spanish ballads— and it turned out to be exactly what we wanted. We weren’t expecting much, but the food was absolutely delicious and the service was outstanding. I’m vegetarian and ordered the veggie sushi, while my husband had the lomo saltado — both dishes were excellent. The only hiccup was that their payment machine went down due to an internet issue, but they handled it smoothly, and we just sent a quick Zelle. We’ll definitely be back. The atmosphere is charming, Miguel was very friendly, and the food is worth the visit. We are driving home happy!

Incredible Hidden Gem!!! Fresh Sushi. Wide variety. Chef Miguelito really knows his stuff. Highly recommend if you in the sweetwater or doral area

The owner was very sweet and recommended us the best dishes on the menu!!! Dinamite roll and lomo Saltado roll was absolutely delicious & it was a very big portion, I highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for the best sushi

Estuardo was amazing and so was the head chef they made everything perfect it was so so yummy. Very polite and had great recommendations! Service was fantastic me and my sister enjoyed everything will definitely comeback to this hidden gem 💜
