Met the owner who was very friendly. She normally sells in Canarsie but is now selling in her home neighborhood on Sundays to limit how much driving she needs to do. Had a Guyanese fried bake with spicy cod and spinach. The bake wasn’t something I’ve had before and tasted as good as you might imagine fried bread does (very). The cod was good—they were reluctant to make mine spicy, only “a bit spicy,” which means it can probably get very spicy. Only $5.
