Kathy's Broadway B&B, LLC

Kathy has a beautiful home and is so incredibly accommodating. She provides breakfast in the mornings and tea in the evenings. Staying with Kathy is like staying with your grandma in all the best ways!

Staying at Kathy's was wonderful! She's a great host who really cares about her guests and their needs. She had peach tea and homemade shortbread cookies waiting for us when we got there! The breakfasts were delicious as well. Kathy is super knowledgeable about Irvine and the surrounding area and is more than willing to sit and chat with anyone! We will be staying here again next time we are in town!

Kathy created a home away from home experience. I LOVED the breakfast she made and I was highly impressed that she called me head of time to ask if I had any dietary restrictions. The bath was marvelous and she even had different baths salts to try. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well every night. Kathy goes above and beyond for her guests, I would 100% recommend this beautiful place!

This is a wonderful place to stay and Kathy is an incredible host. The home is spacious, well decorated and beautiful. The breakfast was delicious and the views from the front porch are spectacular. Kathy has literally thought of everything to ensure your comfort. This is a perfect getaway for families!
