Failed to successfully submit taxes after ~2 months of lead time on having them prepared. We had to call her to ask why we hadn't received a refund in over a month. When she "looked into it", she said it failed to submit - THEN WHY NOT CALL US ABOUT IT? Then when we get the tax filing submitted (via a printed copy mailed WITH an affidavit that WE had to research, print, sign, and attach), we STILL had a failing tax filing due to missing information on the initial printed filing. For our first encounter with a tax preparer, we had a terrible experience. I can not recommend.

Great at what she does when you can get her to answer. I still haven’t received last years state return after several calls and empty promises from her,I called the irs myself and resolved the issue in minutes.

2 emails, 3 voice mails over a month ago & still has NOT responded. OBVIOUSLY IGNORING ME sooo contacted IRS myself - JUST like other reviewer had to !

Simply the best! Very thorough and makes sure you are getting everything your entitled too. I would recommend Kathleen to everyone.

Always answers the phone and questions professionally.
