I travel often between BR and Alexandria and back. I'm also into BBQ/grilling/smoking. Many is the time I have stopped here to pick up frozen pork or crawfish boudin, various types of stuffed pork tenderloin, chicken, and bell peppers, smothered cabbage, crawfish dressing, sweet potato casserole, etc, etc, etc. I also pick up nibbles to eat in the car like boudin balls or meat pies. I have found the food to be of excellent and consistent quality over many years of stopping by. Bottom line, great little hole in the wall place that I enjoy visiting.

We were told the flavor of their meat was great. They have a huge variety of meat, condiments, soups, and drinks, all made by locals. I brought a cooler and bought many goodies. I can't wait to try them all. Friendly staff. Affordable prices.

OMG I definitely didn't buy enough the smoked boudion is the best ive ever had and ive tried a few links in my time this place is pure heaven its meat candy all the way I bought stuffed chicken breast and bacon wrapped chicken thighs with pepper jack cheese ,Pepper jack boudion balls, chicken crackling I will be bring a ice chest back with me and I'm filling it with everything he has this dude has everything but bacon and maybe I missed that 😋
