Excellent excellent restaurant. From the food to the presentation to the service, I know this place is "only" a Michelin Bib Gourmand restaurant, but I routinely visit full Michelin star restaurants when I travel, and this place deserves a full star. We did a 9 course prix fixe meal with wine pairing. The foods were all creative adaptions of regional Indian cuisines and ingredients, and the wait staff took time to explain each part of the course and brought a map of India to show where the inspiration came from. The portion sizes were reasonable, and we were stuffed--not dying--after *nine* courses. The wine pairings were the only part of this dinner that was less than exceptional. To be clear, the wines were all good; it's just that a good pairing should enhance the wine and/or the food

A good option for modern Indian. Sauses in main dishes were great, thick and flavorful. Great portions too. We also tried Nirvana appetizer, signature to this place with 37 ingredients, but whole dish was overwhelmed by the crispy noodles so I couldn't really taste much else. Ambiance is nice and simple.

Came here for lunch upon recommendation from my sister. Came with the girls for a lunch reservation. We started with the nirvana salad which is the best salad I’ve ever had 😳😳😳😳 the flavors and ingredients were amazing along with the presentation. We ordered the fish curry, prawns and lobster masala. All were good but the lobster masala was the showstopper. The naan was made tonorder and we ended with dessert (mango ice cream, cardamom ice cream and affogato). My favorite was all three. Cardamom ice cream was amazing not overpowering. Can’t wait to go back for the salad, would be perfect for a date night or solo date!

3 star is for food and for service is only 1 because while booking for group they did not mention that they will charge 50$ per person which is still ok but they were also charging 50$ for 3 year old kid and 4 year old which we denied. After 30 minute of discussion they joined 2 tables and made us to sit and we were group of 7 adult and 4 kids sitting on 2 combined table of 4 which was very congested. Food we ordered and rating: Appetizer: Fennel Paneer Tikka (8/10) Amritsari snapper (7/10) Drinks: The Himalayan alcohol free (8/10) Navigator (7/10) Silk route (9/10) Pink city (8/10) Entre: Lamb Gushtaba (7/10) Chicken Chettinad (8/10) Butter chicken (7/10) Kerala fish curry (7/10) Bread: Garlic naan (9/10) Cheese naam (8/10) They did got all the order on time and they were polite on

Passed by this restaurant casually when looking for a good Indian restaurant around, and this place surprised me with its offering a nice blend of simplicity, delicacy, and elegance in food presentation! Simplicity on items in menu was a surprise considering the quantity and diversity of Indian food items on the menu seen at other places. The lamb gushtaba had a flavorful spiciness favoring strongly on corainder side than other spices, that made it special. The presentation of food had a bit of art in it with meatballs pyramid topped by finely cut cilantro! The masala tea was truly special as you pour and sip your cup, your toungue asks for more! Would go here again to try out other dishes!
