Kappa Publishing Group Inc

I had ordered a few print at home crosswords and it was good. Recently I ordered two more and I unable to download and print. I have called customer service multiple times and left a message, they have not called back. After reading all the bad reviews I think anybody should think twice about ordering from them.

I have been waiting since May of 2018 for a refund check of $28.70. The company stopped printing the puzzle book I had ordered, so I asked for a refund. Since last year, I've sent numerous emails, called the home office, was told the check was being processed, etc. All I got/get is the run-a-round. I'm a 77 year old senior and I could use that money more than Kappa Publishing I would think. I would give them zero stars if I could.

I placed an order for a bulk shipment of 21 puzzle books, & my credit card was charged immediately, but I never received my books. Kappa would not respond to my multitude of e-mails, phone calls and website requests regarding my order until I e-mailed Kappa’s parent company, Keesing Media Group (Amsterdam). Turns out, Kappa did not even have the bulk books in stock that they charged me for, won’t have them in stock for months, yet they are still selling them on their website as though they were an in-stock item. Still waiting to get my credit card credited. If not, my card company will charge Kappa back. Kappa deserves zero stars for selling and charging for unavailable goods, and refusing to respond to requests regarding my order until I contacted their parent company.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. They don’t even deserve 1. My mother had a year subscription that they stopped sending after 6 months. I called multiple times, and kept getting ensured that she would get the rest of them sent over, which of course they did not. I have spent hours on the phone with them. They didnt provide any solution to this issue. Didn’t send any books, couldn’t get a manager on the phone, no alternative solutions. This company is full of pigs. Unbelievable. Hands down worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time that takes advantage of elderly customers that sign up for their services.

I provided a check for a book supply in March 23, 2022, after leaving phone messages and emails there is still no response. Kappa cashed the check and failed to provide their service. Really bad for business. Some folks might call it theft. Maybe the Montgomery County DA should look into the company. I have to post a star send the message. Not because of their service.
