Kansha Japanese Sushi Bistro

The food tasted very good ; the chicken dumplings were amazing and vegetable fried rice was pretty delicious. We got the crunchy salmon roll that’s deep fried & it was delicious as well. Now the service was another story… When we ordered our food, we told our server that we can’t have anything with shellfish or mushrooms (we asked about the ingredients in the sauce on top of the sushi and said we can’t eat these food items). So, when my husband ordered these noodles, on the menu, it didn’t list mushrooms as being in there, nor were we informed that it was mushrooms in there. My husband ate two bites of his noodles and found a big mushroom in there. We informed our server and asked her if we can have the dish remade with no mushrooms, as we weren’t told that/it wasn’t listed on the menu. Sh

This is such an underrated place! Came here for a quick sushi fix and was blown away by the quality of their food. We ordered salmon avocado, shrimp tempura roll, snow mountain roll, and sex on the beach roll. The fish to rice ratio is on point, and everything tasted really fresh. The staff were all so warm and welcoming!! Will definitely come back again

The restaurant’s ambiance beautifully captures the essence of Japanese culture, creating an elegant and immersive dining experience. It is an ideal setting to enjoy an intimate meal with friends, whether savoring a bowl of ramen or indulging in soft-shell crab. This restaurant has earned my sincere appreciation, and it will remain my preferred destination whenever I desire Japanese cuisine.

We came here for the first time after our original destination was closed but I was excited to try sushi. I love sushi!! This place is comparable and maybe even superior to Yama Sushi in Dallas. This place serves a huge squid 🐙 and delicious pieces of salmon. I loved all the yakitori we got, and my husband loved his mackerel meal. Everything had great taste and our server was such a sweet man.

The restaurant has a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the service was incredibly friendly and attentive. The ramen was absolutely delicious with a rich, flavorful broth. We will definitely be back!
