Kanamizu Japanese Restaurant

Small restaurant with great service and delicious food. Stopped by for lunch and did not leave disappointed. Sushi was fresh and presented neatly. They have a great lunch menu that’s pretty affordable as well.

Came to this place for dinner for my friend's birthday today. It's a very nice place. General Tso's chicken is delicious, the shrimp tempura is crispy, the salmon in the salmon don is very fresh, the staff is very warm and polite, I had a very pleasant dinner with my friend -^v^- Their dine-in service is now open

Food was ok. Sashimi platter was supposed to be 16 pieces. Got 4 pieces of cooked shrimp, not sashimi. 8 pieces of the fish was frozen previously and was served partially thawed and icy. Very disappointing. Service was good. Booths were nice. Restaraunt was clean. I wouldn't recommend. There are much better sashimi places locally.

EDIT x 2: LOve teriyaki salmon lunch box. So delicious! Also NEW ADDITION TO MENU--SUSHI BURRITOS! so many options. I have had the softshell crab and a spicy white tuna sushi burrito and they were delicious!! Love Kanamizu! Sushi is fresh and amazing. Perfectly made. The people are so nice. Truly great people here.

This is one of the best Sushi spots around. I drive 30 minutes to them since I know I won't be disappointed. They're very kind and welcoming, ive dined in at least once and it was clean and quiet. I really enjoyed the relaxing music accompanied by videos of a woman prepping rice outdoors that ran on the TV.
